The simple performance dashboard every model should be using.
What gets measured improves. What doesn’t stays random.
A few months ago we released a free earnings tracker & performance dashboard for webcam models because nothing like this existed. Most models rely on guesswork or checking their site payout page to track their performance. That isn’t enough as if you want to grow, you need visibility.
This post walks you through exactly how the tracker works, how to set it up, and how to use it properly.
The full video walkthrough is below.
🎥 Video Walkthrough: How to Use the Free Earnings Tracker
Overview of the Free Earnings Tracker Tool
It's a simple Google Sheet, but it gives you a complete view of your performance:
Daily earnings
Track up to 3 sites
Per-stream $/hour
Weekly + monthly hours
Goal tracking with visual formatting (hit/missed)
Year-to-year tracking
A full dashboard with charts and breakdowns
How to Set Up the Webcam Model Earnings Tracker (Step-by-Step)
1. Make a Copy of the Sheet
Click the link, and click File -> Make a copy, and you’ll have your own blank version. The one shown in the video has example data but yours will be empty.
2. Add Your Token Sites and Unit Values

The tracker lets you track up to 3 token-based sites at once.
You can track 1, 2, or 3, it's completely up to you. If you only want to track 1 or 2 then you can leave the rest blank.
For each site enter:
The unit name
The USD per unit
This is what allows the sheet to automatically convert site earnings into USD later.
4. Set Your Weekly, Monthly, and Stream Goals

Add your targets for:
Weekly hours
Monthly hours
Dollars per stream
Dollars per week
Dollars per month
Target $/hour
The sheet uses this data to format your results:
Blue = goal hit
Pink = goal missed
You can view how often you're hitting your goals at a glance.
5. Add Your Streaming Schedule (Optional)

This doesn’t affect the formulas but it’s useful to keep everything in one place.
Just enter:
The days you work
Start and end times
The tracker gives you an automatic summary:
Weekly hours
Monthly hours
Days on/off
6. Log Your Streams and Earnings Data

For each stream, you enter:
Date
Start + end time
Site(s) you streamed on
Earnings in the site’s units
The sheet:
Converts site earnings into USD
Totals them across all sites
Calculates $/hour
On the right side, you’ll see:
Total dollars made
Total $/hour
Goal formatting (blue/pink)
If you only use one site, ignore the other columns. If you use two sites, leave the third blank.
Understanding the Earnings Dashboard (Your Performance Overview)

The dashboard is where everything comes together. This is your high-level view of how you're actually performing weekly, monthly, and across the entire year. Instead of guessing if you're improving, you can see it easily.
The dashboard updates automatically based on the data you enter in the log, so once you set it up properly, this page becomes your central performance dashboard.
Goal Tracking: Hit vs Missed (Blue/Pink Formatting)
Your goals tab feeds directly into the dashboard. Every stream and every month is visually marked as:
Blue → goal hit
Pink → goal missed
This makes it very easy to see patterns:
Are you consistently hitting your $/hour target?
Which months were strong, which ones dipped?
Are you trending upward, staying flat, or declining?
It removes the guesswork and shows you the real truth.
Earnings Breakdown by Site
If you stream on multiple sites, the dashboard will show you exactly where your earnings actually come from.
You’ll see a visual breakdown of each site side-by-side, so you can immediately spot:
Which site is performing best
How your earnings are distributed
Whether one site is dragging down your averages
Year Selector: Compare Your Performance Over Time
The dashboard includes a year selector at the top. You don’t need a new tracker each year, the sheet can store everything.
Simply choose the year you want to view, and the dashboard updates automatically.
This allows you to:
Compare year-to-year performance
Track long-term improvements
See how your consistency changes over time
Set better, more realistic goals for the next year
It keeps the entire history of your career in one place.
Why Tracking Your Earnings Matters for Webcam Models
If you’re not tracking:
You don’t know what’s working
You don’t know what’s not
You can’t spot patterns
You can’t fix slow periods early
You can’t improve your $/hour
You can’t measure your consistency
And without consistency, you don’t have a business, you have randomness. (to read our full guide on consistency, what it actually means for webcam models and how to achieve it, view our post & video walkthrough here)
It’s the easiest high-leverage thing you can do as a creator.
